Georgie and Ravan’s wedding was nothing short of magical. They tied the knot at St Peter’s Church in Wolvercote on a beautifully crisp October day. This church holds a special place in my heart too, as it’s where I was married back in 2013, so capturing their celebration in such a meaningful setting was a true honour.
As an Oxford wedding photographer, I am constantly reminded of how extraordinary this city is for weddings. Oxford blends historic charm, world‑famous architecture, and breathtaking natural scenery, creating the perfect backdrop for timeless and romantic wedding photography. Couples planning their Oxford wedding are always spoilt for choice with stunning venues that offer endless photographic potential.
One of my absolute favourite locations is The Perch Oxford — a truly iconic riverside wedding venue. Nestled beside the Thames in Binsey, The Perch offers a magical mix of rustic charm, elegant countryside vibes, and picture‑perfect gardens. It’s the ideal spot for relaxed, natural wedding portraits, and its beautiful grounds provide the dreamiest light, especially in autumn. If you’re searching for the perfect Oxfordshire wedding venue for intimate celebrations, delicious food, and unforgettable photos, The Perch Oxford is hard to beat.
Georgie looked incredible in her sparkling wedding dress, complete with a shimmering cloak and a stunning halo that made her glow. Ravan’s rich burgundy suit was absolutely perfect for the season, and together they looked amazing. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the day overflowed with laughter, tears, joy, and the warmest autumn colours. Their bridesmaids and groomsmen — all couples and best friends — looked fantastic and brought so much energy to the celebration.
The ceremony was beautifully orchestrated by Kate the wonderful Vicar and the Verger Julia who made the day so wonderful and relaxed and of course their joyful family and friends, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen. The whole church was filled with love for this gorgeous couple

The excited wedding party then made their way to The Perch, Oxford on beautiful Port Meadow, the perfect setting for natural and romantic Oxford wedding photography, where they were welcomed by Emily – the incredible host ensuring their The Perch Oxford wedding breakfast ran seamlessly and sparkled with joy

The Wedding Breakfast was served in the most wonderful marquee decorated with pumpkins and an autumnal theme with fairy lights and the most amazing Etsy bought rug which read: "Georgie and Rav Until Death do us Part" . I absolutely loved it.
This was truly an amazing wedding from start to finish and I wish George and Rav every happiness in the world as they now take on their journey as a team. xxx
